So I haven't decided whether or not to make this public, but I think it will be good for me. I joined Jenny Craig, and I'm actually making a concerted effort to exercise, and stick to both.
Since June 22nd I've lost 20 pounds! And I'm kicking it into high gear, so I'm really excited. I'm determined to meet my goal weight of 150 by Christmas, which is extremely reasonable. And if I reach my goal weight by Thanksgiving, I'll have my folks finance a new wardrobe and maybe a beach vacation. :)
So the idea for this blog is to write about what I ate for the day (i.e. if I cheated or did well), what I did in terms of exercise, and to help motivate myself.
